Everman Clothing is operated by ATTOH COMMERCE LTD. This page explains what personal information we collect when you shop with us, why we need it, who sees it and what you can do about it. We handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. Last revised: 15 September 2026.
Information you give us
Your name, the address your order goes to and the address your card is registered to. An email address and phone number so we and the carrier can reach you. Your order details and history. And anything you write to us by email or through the contact form.
Information collected automatically
When you browse evermanclothing.com we collect technical data: the device and browser you use, an approximate location from your IP address, the pages you view, how long you stay and the site that referred you. Cookies and similar technologies do this.
Payment details
These go straight to our payment provider's secure systems. We never see or store your full card number — only the last four digits and whether the payment went through.
Why we use it
To process your order and hand it to Australia Post or NZ Post. To send order confirmations, dispatch emails and tracking links. To answer your questions and handle returns. To detect and prevent fraud. To understand what sells so the range improves. And to send you marketing emails — only if you signed up for them.
Who we share it with
Only the services that keep the store running: Shopify as our platform, our payment provider, Australia Post and NZ Post as our carriers, our email and order-tracking tools, and our analytics provider. Beyond that, only where the law requires it. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Some of our providers operate outside Australia and New Zealand, including in the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States. Each is required to protect your information to an appropriate standard.
How long we keep it
Order records: as long as we need them to service the order and meet tax and accounting obligations. Marketing details: until you unsubscribe. Everything else: deleted once it is no longer needed.
Cookies
Cookies keep your cart together between pages, remember your choices and show us how the site is used. Essential cookies cannot be switched off without breaking checkout. You can block or delete the rest in your browser settings at any time.
Marketing emails
Only sent to people who opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Emails about an order you have placed are part of fulfilling that order and continue regardless.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, have anything incorrect fixed, have data deleted where we no longer need it, or stop marketing altogether. Email info@evermanclothing.com — we respond within 30 days.
Complaints
Contact us first so we can put it right. If you are not satisfied with our answer, customers in Australia can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner and customers in New Zealand the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
Children
This is a store for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If a child has given us details, tell us and we will delete them.
Security
Encrypted connections, restricted internal access and vetted providers. No online system is completely secure, but every reasonable safeguard is in place.

Updates appear on this page with a new date at the top.
