Encrypted from end to end
evermanclothing.com runs over a 128-bit SSL encrypted connection. Your card number, address and contact details are encrypted in your browser before they are sent anywhere. The padlock next to the web address is your confirmation.

Payment is taken in full when you place the order.
Currency
Australian addresses pay in Australian Dollars (AUD); New Zealand addresses pay in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). The currency is shown at checkout before you confirm. If your card is held in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and any conversion fee — we do not.
PCI DSS certified processing
Card data is handled by a payment provider certified to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, the international standard for storing, transmitting and protecting cardholder information.
What we can see
Your order, your delivery and billing details, and the last four digits of the card used. Not the full number and not the security code. Nothing more is stored on our side, and your details are never sold, rented or passed on for anyone else's marketing. Our Privacy Policy has the full picture.
Authorisations and declined payments
Your bank may place a temporary hold on the amount while a payment is processed. If a payment is declined, no order is created and the hold is released by your bank, usually within a few business days. Check the card details or contact your bank before trying again.
Pricing errors
They are rare, but they happen. If an item is listed at the wrong price, we contact you before it ships. You can go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Fraud checks
Orders our provider flags as high risk may be held for verification or cancelled and refunded. Occasionally we email to confirm a detail before handing a parcel to Australia Post or NZ Post.
